The people. Super smart and really NICE people. I've worked at some seriously toxic places and I can say that, early on, this is NOT one of those. Everyone I've worked with so far is a true professional and everyone treats their colleagues with respect. That's really important to me. And yeah, smart. I mean, look at our product.
Great benefits program and PTO structure.
Leadership is terrific. Our CEO is a thoughtful, positive and a leader with empathy. Ted is a really great leader and someone you want to work as hard as you can for. Our President and COO, Brian Gumbel, is highly respected, super professional, and someone you can bring any issue to without a concern he won't listen and try and help. He will. Our board has incredible minds on it from generals to the top industry leaders.
This place is a recommend for me.
Cons
None really so far, and if you know me, you know I'll be critical even if I'm still at the organization. No place is perfect, to be sure, but I've yet to run into one of those "Uh ohs' thus far.

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space
Cons
* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction
* Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps
* Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability
* Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors
* Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods
* In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role
* Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
