Pros

Innovative tech applied towards a mission it's hard to argue with - saving lives and keeping organizations up and running when unexpected threat events emerge. We're continuously pulling in data from 1M+ sources (sensor, text, imagery, video), applying cutting edge AI models against it in real-time to predict event type, severity, location, people/places/things impacted, and then matching that against customers' area of responsibility - keeping people safe in geographies of unrest, giving first-responders fast notice and more complete pictures of emergency situations, helping NGOs evacuate at-risk groups from crisis zones, and ensuring enterprises' critical operations stay up running. It's great to be able to point to our growing client roster as proof that we're mission critical - nearly every major newsroom in the world, the world's largest defense organizations, forward-thinking state, local, and education institutions, and hundreds of enterprises that include most of the Fortune 50 and half of the Fortune 100. Like any organization our size, we've got our growing pains, but I feel like there's a scrappy DNA in the company that values thoughtful and collaborative problem solving and always finds a way to the next level. I love being part of a culture that is consistently driving step change in the scale of problems we're able to solve for customers.

Cons

If you're looking for an environment where things don't change much, it's most likely not for you. It's a scrappy, scaling company with multiple growing business lines driven by a core platform - we're continuously learning what will move the value/growth needle across these lines and take pride in responding quickly - i.e., adjusting priority and plans to meet opportunity and solve bigger customer problems is the norm. The company also tightly manages operational budgets, as many tech companies are these days. Great benefits package and offices are stocked with snacks and such, but don't expect elaborate company / team celebration events - we tend to take a frugal approach.

Pros

* Differentiated technology platform with real-time intelligence capabilities, particularly in the physical security and threat detection space

Cons

* Frequent leadership changes have made it difficult to maintain consistent strategic direction * Company initiatives often reset before prior efforts fully mature, creating execution gaps * Senior leadership structure can feel top-heavy, which at times slows decision-making and accountability * Market positioning in cybersecurity may not be as strong or clearly differentiated as competitors * Organizational changes have led to disruption and uncertainty for employees during transition periods * In some cases, expectations during the hiring process did not fully align with the day-to-day reality of the role * Strategic messaging is strong, but execution and follow-through can lag behind stated priorities
