Pros

Mid- and Junior-level employees were amazing. Smart, hard-working, customer-centric.

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch, lacks transparency, and rarely communicates major product and people changes promptly. Strategic direction changes at the drop of a hat. As a people manager, I was regularly discouraged from communicating with my own team. Favoritism rules. Senior leaders continue to toe the line of harassment and discrimination, particularly with employees with minority backgrounds. There were several layoffs in 2023, yet they are still hiring in some areas - why not interview current employees for those positions first?
