On the other hand, it's disappointing to read that you perceive a lack of transparency. Following the feedback we received from our last engagement survey, we have made efforts to do a better job communicating in general. At our recent company kick-off, we heard directly from our CEO about our company vision heading into 2024. We're creating more opportunities for employees to ask questions directly of our Leaders and have those responses shared during company meetings.
If you have specific challenges or concerns related to being a remote employee, we encourage you to speak with either your Manager or your People Business Partner so that we can better understand any perceived disadvantages and work on solutions.
Regarding asking for comments on Glassdoor, it is true that we advised team members that one of the ways they can support our current hiring activity is to share their positive experiences, where relevant, on Glassdoor. Since many candidates use the site to find information about potential employers, this was one of a number of ways we indicated that employees can help with hiring. We have no current practice of requesting, nor do we have an expectation, that people write positive reviews, just as people are free to share less positive experiences. We believe in openness and transparency, whatever that looks like.
