I want to be clear. I'm not a pessimist, but this company has zero redeeming qualities. Take this job if you need a paycheck.

Where to begin...
- No leadership. Ask to speak to all the co-founders. You'll be amazed how little they know what is going on with the company. They don't care. They just clock in and clock out and try to make the internet work.
- Strategy changes on a whim. There is no clear direction. I could see if this was a a startup. But this company has been around for 10+years.
- The product isn't selling. They are just milking the 2 companies that they closed years ago.
- The team is all friends of the founder. They aren't qualified for the roles they are in. Get ready for the headaches that will come from working with pure incompetence.
- Zero structure. Zero.
- Fremont. Be prepared for your car to get broken into.
