Good learning experience but disorganized - Manual QA Datafy Employee Review

Datafy is an incredible organization. Their passion to grow, care for clients and focus on their employees is unmatched. I've worked for many organizations who preach culture and work-life balance but I never truly felt it or saw leadership exude it like I have at Datafy. I have real worklife balance, get compensated generously, feel supported by leadership, respect my co-workers, and work with amazing destination clients - I couldn't ask for a better role and company!

The only downside is that much of our team is remote - and while being a remote worker is awesome and comes with a lot of benefits, it can be lonely or isolating at times. The company does the best they can to keep us involved and engaged!
