Pros

The product is super strong, it solves real world problems for customers and they keep innovating it constantly - which can make it hard to keep up with change but it is very much a huge advantage. Colleagues are very helpful and there is good knowledge sharing if you are proactive. CEO super good guy, very humble and down to earth. Very good handling and support of employees throughout the pandemic.

Cons

The company is too US centric, not everything that works in the US is working globally. All markets have the same targets and expectations regardless of maturity which makes success very much influenced by luck. Very metric/KPI driven. IPO company so keep in mind the shareholders. Management that has never sold the product. It feels to be on the weird brink of wanting to be a startup but having more and more corporate structures.

Pros

great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

Cons

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
