- Executive Leadership is legitimately incompetent and paranoid. They chase odd tangents and lead the company nowhere. - Culture was once decent, but as time has gone on the exec team has gotten rid of people who were leaders in place of some really disliked, incompetent leaders who believe firing entire teams and returning to office is a brilliant way to make money. - No one feels secure here since they do not promote within and fire whole teams on a whim. - The CEO is also not listed since he's been accused of sexual misconduct and they cover that up pretty heavily, but he is 100% still the CEO. Very creepy finding out that story.
