Thank you for being with DataArt for more than 4 years — we appreciate your continued work and thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had opportunities to learn and grow, and that you value our project variety, compensation, job security, and bench approach. Regarding your concerns:
– Location priorities — We strive to ensure that every location is heard and supported, and we're sorry if your experience in Armenia hasn’t fully reflected that. Your input will be shared with the appropriate teams.
Compensation freeze — While compensation reviews may currently be limited due to market conditions, you can still initiate a review through our internal system or speak with your HR Manager for guidance.
– Bonuses and office space — Thank you for sharing your view, we appreciate your suggestion and will take it into account as we assess perks and benefits. Thanks again for your honest feedback — it helps us grow and improve.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
