Thank you for being with DataArt for over a year. We appreciate your honest feedback.
It’s good to know that you value the flexible work schedule, supportive colleagues, remote work options, and benefits like health and sports compensation.
We offer English courses as part of our core learning programs, along with the FLEX program in Poland, which enables colleagues to purchase equipment with compensation. Regarding compensation reviews, reviews can still be initiated through the internal system or by speaking with HR. We continue to look for ways to improve compensation and benefits. Your point about laptop quality and language courses is noted and shared with the relevant teams.
Thanks again for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve.

Thanks again for your kind feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A global company where you work with people from all over the world.
The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off.
You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process.
And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.
Cons
The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
