      Pros

      Sick leaves without confirmation from the doctor. Different levels of English courses. A lot of professional colleagues who can advise. Work schedule depends on the project; I am lucky that mine is very flexible. Working from office is not required, 75% of people usually work remotely. Basic health & sports compensation. All people are nice.

      Cons

      No salary reviews. Average salaries. Cheap laptops, but you can buy a new, get compensated to some extent, and leave it to yourself. No Polish courses.

We offer English courses as part of our core learning programs, along with the FLEX program in Poland, which enables colleagues to purchase equipment with compensation. Regarding compensation reviews, reviews can still be initiated through the internal system or by speaking with HR. We continue to look for ways to improve compensation and benefits.       Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
