      Pros

      Nice office environment, overall positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Unorganized structure,no management, no structured approach in the company, C level management that worked for about 20 years in the same place and are not able to look at things from another angle. Under nice advertisment there is mediocre and non- professional management. Russian culture prevails.Giving notices to the employees by violating local legislation.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
