      "I have been working at DataArt full-time (10+ years)". Wow! We appreciate this so much! We’re happy to work with such loyal people and it’s great to know that you also like people around you and the company and find enough career opportunities within it. We have been growing rapidly within the last couple of years and now we’re catching up with the growth improving our management processes. We will do our best to preserve our culture and the employee-centric attitude, as we still regard it as a core value. We also hope you’ll stay with us at least for another decade!

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
