      - Less work pressure. - If you work in Marketing team, you will get to use various paid digital tools that many startups wouldn't be able to afford. - Self learning opportunity. - Communication flows smoothly between the top level management and the lower level employees.

      Cons

      Induction and training is a must for a new candidate who joins an organization, but this practice is missing in this startup.
