Pros
People-oriented leadership, cool and funny team, great parties, and a place where you can develop as much as you can hold on to, everything depends on yourself, but you get 100% support from the managers, founders, and everybody from the other departments.
Cons
This is not necessarily a con for me, but it can be for someone new to the industry and you face it in every workplace, so it is more like a heads-up. Due to the constantly evolving landscape of the markets and the evolution of AI and machine learning, it is a place where the working environment is continuously changing, so you need to adapt very fast to the conditions and keep up with the rhythm, which can get stressful at some points.
