Pros
Data Gumbo and the Executive team really work hard to ensure there are no silos in the inner workings of the company. Each person has the ability to interact and collaborate with others in all departments and at the C-Suite level. You are able to speak up and question why things are done a certain way, providing you with the ability to help mold and shape new processes and procedures, innovate, and move forward without the old saying of "it has always been done this way." This is not a company where the Executive team is off limits or too busy for each individual if they need assistance, to bounce ideas off of, or to just get to know you as an individual, not a number or just an employee. Cons
It is difficult to find cons that can be written, as it is subjective to each individual. As an ever expanding company, the only con that I can find is the growing pains of the continued advancement and expansion on a global scale. The cons of growing pains are however good as it shows the company is continuing to succeed and advance from its infancy.
