I remember checking my bank account on the 5th, then the 10th, and still seeing no salary credit. It’s one thing to have a heavy workload, but when the basic pay doesn't arrive on time, it’s a different kind of stress.
The real shocker came when I checked my PF portal. They’d been deducting it from my CTC every month, but the actual contributions were nowhere to be found. It felt like a total scam. On top of that, the office vibe was purely about being a 'yes-man.' If you didn't agree with everything the management said, you were sidelined. Bias was everywhere, and growth felt impossible unless you were part of the inner circle.
Leaving that place was honestly the best day I had there. I’m glad I’m out, but I’m still frustrated by how they treated everyone. For those who’ve dealt with salary delays or PF irregularities, how long did you wait before deciding to quit or taking it up with the authorities?
