Pros
Work atmosphere is good, people are relaxed and there is little or no pressure. There is almost always a possibility to talk with your managers if something is not ok. Ofcourse throughout the projects you learn a lot, probably like in any company.Crucial part is your role and your role doesn't always define your work. For me, I can only say I had much luck with what I did unlike other colleagues who had the same role, but terribly boring work.
Cons
There are lots of downsides and I will name some of them. First of all, as I already mentioned, your role doesn't always define your work and you might get boring work that can be something that is even completely different from role description. Especially if you are creative guy, you might end up working in excel sheets and being an operator instead of, for example, artist. If you are just starting, your supervisor might play a big role in your development, and there is a big chance you will end up working alone without guidance. Generally, talent is more or less neglected as a value, and what matters are numbers (simply because company is huge and needs to focus on big productions that will cover costs and those are usually non creative). You are considered as a worker there and terms such as creative, high end visualization company, artists, etc. that are commonly used there are simply misguiding you. Also what is almost every day experience is that you hear someone (especially talented and very well trained people) is leaving and there is huge circulation of people (company does nothing to prevent that). Personally I don't think that is good but that is the problem of the company. The company is huge and basically there is no talent platform whatsoever. And finally, people are nice but you can clearly see how most of people are indifferent and they just "do the work". Clearly it is a place just to have a salary with the exception of people on top positions who are there for 5-10 years and tend to stay there. Company is ok for maybe 1 year as a first job or an in between job.
