      Pros

      Wasn't any. Put up freaking xmas lights in the rain and cold and got paid barely 17.

      Cons

      Never able to keep anyone long term. No structure. Treated crews badly, just want job done. People always falling off ladders. Always saying if osha not around get it done fast.
