Pros

Nice office space, convenient location, health benefits, PTO. Friendly people.

Cons

Leadership lacks clear direction, with contradicting priorities that create confusion and wasted effort. Teams are frequently pulled in different directions without a consistent vision to guide decisions. At the same time, there is little regard for work–life balance, making overwork feel like the norm. This combination is leading to burnout, low morale, and declining trust in leadership. While the workload keeps increasing the business doesn't seem like it's growing.
