Pros
Well-documented processes and policies are available across functions, mostly established by past employees, offering structure for new joiners.
Cons
This organization operates less like a professional company and more like a personal circle of favoritism. As someone working in Accounts, I expected at least basic professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for internal communication. What I experienced was the exact opposite.
I was asked to leave the company abruptly—not because of performance issues, not because of misconduct—but simply because the CEO became aware that I was communicating with the HR Manager as part of my work. Instead of addressing anything maturely, the response was immediate removal. No explanation, no discussion, no process.
The HR function here is completely compromised. HR is not neutral, not employee-focused, and not independent. Decisions appear to be driven by personal closeness rather than policy or fairness. Once the CEO was informed, the matter was handled emotionally, not professionally.
There is no psychological safety, especially if you are not part of the inner circle. Employees are treated as disposable. If transparency, ethics, or basic dignity matter to you—this is not the place.
