Growing company with strong training but poor culture - Administrative Darr Equipment Employee Review

Too much nepotism, culture favors former athletes, there is little to no upward communication, very little loyalty to employees if you aren't in the right cliques. Unlike the technicians, when someone is promoted, there is no supervisory/management training. They talk a good game with their focus on Christianity, but it doesn't consistently translate into action.
