Pros
Great pay for anyone starting out and lots of chances to learn new things around the plant. If you don't know how to do something, they're open to let you learn new things.
Cons
Overworking new employees and don't expect to have set days off. You will be called in to work 6 days a week and having a social life through your probation period is nearly impossible. I rarely have time for my family because I HAVE to go in to work to cover for someone, not that it's management's fault that someone calls in but please respect that we have lives too. No PTO system, you have to bid for vacation. Some employees that's been there for years constantly calls out, missing at least 6 - 10 work days in a month and as a new employee, you're forced to cover for them.
