Pros
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming when I was first hired on and they stayed that way the entire time I worked there. Even now, I can come back anytime I want and I’ll be welcomed back like the Prodigal son in the bible. I have a lot of friends there and I made sure not to burn any bridges when I left because this is one of those companies you want to think highly of you even if you no longer see yourself developing your career there. Because you just never know.
Cons
The only thing I would have to add to this section is that I wish an opportunity had been available for me to move up within the company by the time I was ready for it. I didn’t want to wait around, and my manager fully supported my decision to leave when it finally came because he knew I was ready for more responsibility and the company just wasn’t in a position to give me that just yet. It was frustrating, but from a business standpoint I can understand it.
