      Pros

      no pros except you learn how to work hard and how to survive in a company when always being tortured with a pressure of too many projects together.

      Cons

      1. Nothing managed. 2. Work on a project only on client's pressure. 3. Low salary which is also not on time. 4. Company living only on interns.

      Pros

      Culture, freedom and friendly environment.

      Cons

      To much work, fewer developers. People speaking to the clients set unacceptable deadlines without even asking the developers if they are free or not. As a result, you do a poor job in whatever you do.
