Pros

You get to see cool bands at the shows.

Cons

This is the most toxic place I (and so many other former employees) have ever worked. The expectations from their employees are insane, especially when you consider the low compensation. Leadership talk a big game of "family", "not ego" what a joke! This place runs on egos! The leadership team spews lies about an inclusive culture and there is nothing inclusive here . You are there to serve them and that is it. And if you don't adhere to their version of "culture" which is all work and zero play, you are treated like an outsider. Do yourself a favor and run from any opportunity at this place. It's no wonder there's a revolving door of staff.

Pros

It's such a good feeling to have landed with DWP where my work is appreciated, and I am respected for my contributions! Management is fair and co-workers are some of the nicest I've encountered.

Cons

None to report at this time.

Pros

Collaboration & Support - there is a built-in team support and shared responsibility, ability to learn from coworkers and collaborate on ideas. Culture & Community - sense of belonging and shared purpose, culture, events, and team-building opportunities are a blast! Work-Life Harmony - team is encouraged to take time off when needed, remote work is also an option on Fridays. Growth and Development - there are many opportunities for career advancement and the exposure to different teams, projects, and leadership styles are other ways to grow within the role.

Cons

Traffic - unfortunately something that is part of living in LA, but the commute can be challenging. Workload & Burnout - the risk of burnout during busy seasons is common in the industry, but then again the result is worth it. Compensation Limits - raises and bonuses are loosely awarded without structure, however this is in the works to change to a more merit based system.
