Dandy is a hidden Gem, they have an awesome culture, they're very inclusive, there's no ego's in leadership or top performers. The sales floor is fun and exciting because everyone is constantly winning. No one quits Dandy, everyone here is very pleased with leadership, pay, culture, and the work life balance. Leadership and coaching is top tier, very in depth and high level sales acumen that you can use to constantly level up.

No 401k match which would be awesome. Hardest part is learning the dental world when you first start.
