Pros
The only pros where the old guard employees and great teams in different offices. This however has been completely removed by new directors that have never built a thing in their lives.
Cons
Zero guidance or help to progress. Far too many quantity surveyors being promoted into roles they have little or no experience with. Directors have no interest in nurturing employees. Poor health and safety. Quality of workmanship has suffered greatly in the last 3 years.
