I feel like i am part of a family here and that is how they treat me. Respect and appreciation are always present. i feel like i have been working here forever and there is always a helping hand if you need it.
Cons
i don't have really have anything bad to say at all
They have plenty of loads. Dispatch will always work with you. They also keep the trucks well maintained. And their paper logs.
Cons
They cheat you out of miles. Ex.. You may run a 1000 mile run and only get 750 paid miles. They pay loads whenever they get paid. So if it takes them threes to get paid . Then that's when you'll get paid. They don't pay tolls and Saturday night isn't the cutoff time. It's whenever they decide your much over the .38cents a mile. You may run 3500 miles a week. But three of those weeks. You will be getting paid about 2400 miles which is .38 a mile. Instead of .42 a mile for all four weeks. If you can live off of 5-6 a week then this will be a great fit for you
