People are numbers Diverse leaders are identified and placed in roles just so they can say they are a diverse organization Leaders will take ownership of work that you have completed If you are not a Caucasian individual, do not expect to present your work to leadership- your overall leader will either do it or identify someone who does not look like you to present I have never regretted a career move until went to Danaher. Danaher is not the “ideal” employer for diverse individuals.
