Terrible culture - Instructor Dana Point Ocean Institute Employee Review

So many, but getting to teach marine science to kids from all over California, is my favorite part! Also, the ocean-front campus is so beautiful. I feel lucky coming to work.

Summers are busy and some times it gets hot in the sun during some experiences. But cooling off in the ocean makes it worth it

Location and the lower level employees are so sweet.

Terrible president and management, the woman president is catty , incompetent and never working, makes sure to hire “yes men” and strategically manipulating the board to keep husbands friends and pay herself top dollar while everyone else suffers at severe below market pay.
