Pros

Pockets of really talented people who genuinely care about their work and frequent turnover can give some opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Frequent organizational restructuring, layoffs, and leadership changes create constant fear in employees, and making long-term progress impossible. The lack of transparency in decision-making leaves employees feeling excluded and fosters a pervasive distrust between staff and leadership. Poor communication combined with ambiguous role definitions further exacerbates the situation. Shifting priorities are often introduced without any clarity nor strategy. Decades worth of man hours have been are wasted in what i can only attribute to gross miss-management.

Pros

Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

Cons

No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
