Multi-year employees. Some have been here since they started working and have moved up. Management has an open door policy. They do listed even if they cannot at that time correct a specific situation. You are valued for your skills. They are understanding of outside conflicts and will work with you.

Sometimes personality clashes get in the way of work. These are being worked on or around. Advancement from position to position is slow.
