      Pros

      First ever job, started at 16 and worked here for best part of 3 years. Hours are long especially doubles but the money is unmatched. work ethics have changed over the years. very tired business model. good nucelus of staff. retained tips see waitstaff earning north of £500 a week in tips alone.

      Inability to retain staff and poorly tempered kitchen staff.

      Pros

      Great, friendly, mostly genuinely nice people. Very flexible with schedules. (A lot of people work here as there second job)

      Cons

      Management isn't the best. Sometimes cliques are very prominent. Waiting on ungrateful people isn't always glamorous. We work while others play... Nights and weekends are typically not available for free time.
