- Honestly, my biggest complaint with this company is that the healthcare options could use some work. The lower tier plan has a family 16,000 oop max, and the upper tier is an HSA plan, so all prescriptions will apply to your deductible until you hit the oop max of 3,200 per individual. I also feel the premiums are a bit expensive for what you get, currently running about 300 a month for the lower tier and 800 a month for the upper.
