The time off is a great perk, the pay is reasonable for the number of days worked by salaried employees. There are usually rate increases every school year. The leaders of the organization have some care for the employees. The organization seems to be growing and strive to provide quality service to it's customers.

In some positions a person is really performing several jobs for the pay of one. The pay is not fair across the board. There are select people who hold elite positions and are given unjust and unfair pay increases. There should more effort to give pay increases to the Bus Drivers and Transportation Supervisors and Dispatchers.
