Leadership genuinely cares about your success and will have clear instructions on how to achieve quota that is actually attainable. Leadership has very meaningful industry connections that can help accelerate growth in the coming years.

Took a lot of time to nail down consistent messaging/value prop, but that’s to be expected with a start up.

Micromanagement, unattainable OTE, no formal comp plan which allowed it to be changed on a whim. No clear direction from sales leader(s).
