People are great, hardworking, great offices, managers care about their team members, great canteen, electric car chargers, good mix of products and solutions for customers, growing company with big ambitions, commission good if you achieve targets, not hire and fire

Systems make every task take longer than it should so can’t get on the phone to customers as manager want us to, paperwork needs streamlining sales are expected to do everything other companies have sales support to help, lack of pay rise means lots of experience lost in support teams, sales targets high, sales salaries lower than other similar roles in competitors and no pay rises, you will be on the same salary for years, culture seems to be changing since buying 4 com and not for the better
