Pros
This company are clear with their requirements being part of the Trinity Mirror Group) supportive with courses and keeping you up to date with data protection etc. The building itself has a good canteen and a gym are there perks working with a newspaper such as discounts to events. Pay was reasonable and also regularly you were informed if you were getting a raise or a bonus.
Cons
Because they are part of a larger group sometimes there can be repetition of work or a lack of communication between the hierarchy and administrative support staff.
