Pros
1. Only freshers should consider joining this company. They can get good exposure to various technologies & client facing opportunities which TCS & Infosys will never provide. 2. Management is very bad. They will put you in any project as per their benefit. They will not even think before putting you in legacy technologies which is worthless in IT now. You will only loose your time & energy working in such projects. You have to be bold & upfront to ask management for better technology & projects where you can actually learn something that matters to you. 3. Managers are very bad here. Do not let them lead your future & career. They will tell you only lies & put you in darkness just to make you work for them. 4. I have to work really hard to pull me out of here. Never tell your managers about your next employer if you resigned. They will try to make you suffer in your next company just because you were a good resource for them & you refused their counter offers.
Cons
Have a look at pros you can imagine what cons would be. I will repeat myself again, never let them lead you future. You have to continuously upgrade yourself as per current need of industry. And management do not care whether you get to learn new technology in the project or not. They do not care how much time you put to complete your task. They only care about money they make from their clients. They even do not care to quality of product they deliver to their client. Someone lost her family member because you guys forced her to come to office in Corona times.
