Pros

- Good support from staff - teaching/reminding you of how to use software, procedures, etc. - Good support if you need to relocate, etc. - Some very nice people. Others not so much. - Some nice business trips across the country - Free lunch everyday - Some managers treat you really well, even taking your team to dinner more than occasionally, and try to bond with employees. Other managers are not like this at all - depends on your team. So good luck. - Upper management also tries to create community within the company.

Cons

- A really 'Korean' environment - not quite culturally diversified. - Everyone is not fluent in English, so there can be internal communication issues. - Okay pay & benefits - You will get some pretty ridiculous assignments/busy work - Many times, there is a total overload of work - If someone leaves the company, others are to pick up the slack, without any guarantee of a new hire to replace the person. - So, there are quite a few times where you may need to stay longer than the 8:30-5:30 hours. Again, depends on your department. - Many branches have a male majority.
