      Pros

      Small company, nice customers, decent pay, a few nice coworkers, wide range of positions, various job duties for each job.

      Cons

      Terrible treatment of employees. Claim to value work/family balance, but could really care less. Extremely unprofessional environment, sexual harassment, racist comments, sexist, haven't moved past the 1950's

      Pros

      It's a family owned company that does a good job taking care of it's customers and employees. The employees are treated as individuals. The company continues to grow, so there are always new challenges to keep the work from getting stagnant. Little to no micromanagement.

      Benefits could be more affordabel.

      Best reason to work at Dacotah Paper would be the last place to work if you can’t make it anywhere else.

      Low Pay, expensive health insurance . Rude employees. Greedy owner and CEO, Controller.
