Well established model of operation and a genuine USP in the industry. Innovation is driven from Germany and as all German products, solid and reliable.
Cons
At a local level there is resistance to change, poor man-management skills and tension to comply with prescribed product approach, food logistics being an example outside Germany, which results in a generalist approach and lack of structural depth to gain major clients.
