Pros
Good pay, exciting environment, lots of room for promotions, and lots of room for growing with the company. No micromanagement, get your job done plus more and no one questions things. Often you won't talk to management for the entire week, which can be good or bad. Prove your worth and you are running things in no time. Managers and owners are good people. Tons of new and existing project to work on.
Cons
No official training/entrance program for new hires. It doesn't matter what roll you take, there is little to no training. You spend weeks figuring things out on your own, getting to know people, getting to know your resources, and even getting to know your job duties. Everyone is basically told "good luck, see you later". This was changing for the better as the company is rapidly growing and had lots of new hires, so they may take this more seriously now.
