      DaVita provides a wonderful work life balance They have a strong consistent culture and meaningful mission "Give Life"

      DaVita strives to be on the lower end of salaries, They believe their culture and work life balance will outweigh the pay issues This leads to very high turnover in most areas of the company. The two exceptions are the learning and development team and IT

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
