      I have no pros to offer in this review

      Cons

      This company only seems to care about the highest level leaders. No 401K match, I've never had an annual review with a tiny 1.5% maximum increase completed in a timely manner. It has always been at least 3 months late. Leaders are typically not people who have worked up in their positions and therefore can offer no assistance in helping with my daily performance. Patients come after profits.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
