Cons
Davita's office environment was a nightmare of dysfunction, immaturity, unprofessionalism, and downright unethical behavior. They welcome you with fake smiles and even faker personalities. If you do not fit in with their company culture, you will be on the outs, and management will look for any excuse to get rid of you. They will not take your side on anything, nor will they give you the chance to defend yourself. If the employees there do not like you they will go behind your back and try to get you fired. Management even persuades new hires to go to bars with them after hours. They even play kickball, watch Netflix and do cosplaying during work hours. The pay is very low, and the data entry/claims processing jobs are work that a 12-year-old can do. It takes forever to get promoted and working there more than a month is not even worth it. STAY AWAY!!!
