      Pros

      Encouraging of advancement. Always having a class, review, webex. Want to give appearance of one for all .

      Cons

      No handson training. No consistency of notifying employees of new policies or changes. Too many reports, trends, etc for one to complete. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SUPPORT PATIENT CARE OR PATIENT ADVOCACY. Willing to demote or transfer without proper explanations.

      Pros

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Cons

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
