Pros
The position is permanently remote
Cons
I don’t advise you to work in any department that is ‘call center’. Management unorganized and they just want to hire mostly off shore people. This makes it difficult for everyone. Clients to not want to talk to them so they get angry and they have offshore people doing ‘admin’ work when they can’t even speak English very well. They low ball you on pay. There were no raises for years and then they finally started giving annual raises then stop again in 2022 during inflation when it’s needed. It’s a call center yet only letting one person off a day so when you pick your PTO you don’t get your first pick even when you’ve been at the company for over 10 years and considered ‘seasoned’. Communication is horrible and bad benefits. Insurance sucks.
