Ever since new management has taken over, the focus has been really on the employee's in terms how to recognize them on their contribution to the organization, how well they do towards client expectations. The new management took the feedback of each and every employee and started working towards in the form of identifying best performers of month, quarter, recognizing top performers and awarding them with promotion and hike. Also it has been directed to middle management on how to retain employees thus avoiding the possible attrition. The last 2 years has been the best of DXC in terms of the company own performance in achieving revenue targets and also the best in the form of employee recognition
