Unlimited vacation (if manager will approve) Great Co-workers (if they haven’t been payed off) Got WFR’d after 28 years and found a much better employer!!

50-60 hour weeks High cost of benefits Loosing friends and co-workers from downsizing You train your Mexico or India offshore co-workers and then you get laid off (happened to me after 28 year with the company) No salary increases or bonuses like there used to be w/ HP and HPE HR managers have about 25 reports, too many to understand what they do, and they handle the reviews of people.
